No worries! Most little ones don't want to eat when they first get put somewhere new. They take time to adjust, and this can vary from gecko to gecko. You can try coaxing him to eat by squishing some mealies and putting them by his mouth. ;) But just give it time, I'm sure it'll be eating in a while.

Like Hannah said, I have had alot of success jump-starting an appetite by squishing a cricket or mealworm and rubbing the guts on their mouth. Usually after tasting it they realize they're hungry. If he seems really lethargic (keeps his eyes closed, doesn't move around at all, skin is wrinkly << sign of dehydration) I would try Marcia's slurry.

Thanks guys. He refuses to eat mealies at the moment. But, he did eat two crickets today (I tweezer fed him). It's not much..but it's a start!

You'll be suprised how resiliant reptiles, even geckos, can be. Hopefully he gets his appetite back soon and heals up nice! Good luck!

**UPDATE**

You're probably tired of hearing about him..So, from now on I'll update less often ; )

He's now eating tons and has had a shed. I had to do some assisting..But, we made it through! : D

Aw, I'm so glad the little guy is doing so well. I agree, don't be hesitant to update us! This is a unique case and I'm sure we'd all like to know how things progress :).
