I honestly cannot remember what breed this is...AT ALL!! all I do remember was him saying it's also known as the poor man's leachie. lol

I really am looking for a name for him that goes along with something like the day of the dead, only because an upclose of his head and it looks like something you'd see from the day of the dead lol XD

His eye reminds me of a mayan design, so possibly a Mayan name?

He's super laid back when holding him, but a scurry butt when you try to get him out of his cage. He bit me once( I think on accident, it was the flab between my thumb and index finger)... but he's so lively and awesome!!! I love him to death!!

Hes 2 1/2 years old and the guy told me he will fill out more and gain another couple of inches...is this true?

You're right. He does have a "Mayan" look to him, doesn't he.

Well we have Leos that have Asian, Irish, Indian, Norse Mythology names. And then came the sweet little BSMS from Steve at Geckos Etc. She has a street pattern on her so we named her Streets.

I do believe he is the Halmahera Giant gecko because of his size and coloring....

also his name is Clyde, that just is too funny and suits him XD, he's so laid back, I have to be so gentle though, I don't want to hurt his skin, I keep hearing about how fragile it is.

Okay I know this is going to sound crazy but I truly believe he is a vorax, he does not have the greenish eyes like the marginata..but someone said that there were only two in the U.S. and they won't breed and the only way to get them is through import.... so I don't know...help
