Need help with my S.I.M

I've had my sim container for 3 yrs and never used it well actually i tried using it in the hova and that didn't works so great.Now I have the natures spirit incubator and a fresh pair of eggs. How do you guys use yours? so far i filled it to the line with the perlite and filled it up twice with water and drained it then put the lid on and stuck it in the bator..

I don't think you need to fill and drain. I fill mine to the line with perlite and then put in about the same amount of water. Then I keep it in the incubator for a few days and watch to see if there's codensation on the inside walls. If there isn't, I put a bit more water in until I get it. During the season I will have frequent condensation on the sides of the SIM.
