It was worth while to wait after the shed! Here's Mystic, the youngest neon Bell Hybino. She was born with big, round, solid red eyes, but she has a pupil now, so she's definitely not a Radar. I took pics of her next to her brightest sister, Lysiastra, and next to a normal-colored Radar, Manitoba.

I've noticed the more intensely colored Bells get some of that color developing in their eyes probably why you thought she was a Radar...
