Nervously waiting...So many questions

As stated before, I have been incubating at about 90 deg... with a minor fluctuation here and there due to a power outage one day (thank god I live in Florida and was able to get them outside to around 86 deg.) and my a/c being broken (still) but so far I believe I have done a pretty good job of keeping the temp. quite stable...Anyways, the eggs are 29 days in today...When I candle them they are obviously pink (one more than the other) and tons of little veins everywhere. I'm pretty sure there's more each time I look. But I hear about eggs being "blacked out" around 30 days, and mine don't look dark...they still look fertile though. The veins are darker and more prominent. And there is no mold or denting on either, only some translucency which I corrected (due to too much moisture in perlite) Am I still okay? And do the eggs always get larger before hatching? They haven't yet.How am I gonna know if it stops growing? Shouldn't I be seeing some type of movement inside the egg by now if the baby is alive? I'm really nervous, as I am new at this. I really wanted this clutch to hatch. This year was tough in general for me and it would be a blessing to have a brand new baby soon!

Just be patient and give them some time, they sound like they are doing great :) The reason for the blacking out is due to the embryo becoming fully developed.. so if you are still seeing red (veins), the baby still needs some time to develop some more before you will be able to see it's shadow inside of the egg :) They should hatch around 35-37 days :main_thumbsup: Best of luck to you, I hope they hatch out beautiful little babies!

You live by Seminole don't you, we had a power outage the whole day, it was off and on. I was incubating my eggs at 83 and they stayed 82.2-82.5 the whole time it was out :)

Yeah, maybe about an hour or 2 outside of it...it was so humid and muggy when it happened, we just figured putting them outside would be the best best. I was pretty upset that day.

Thank you all for your kind words and advice. I'm really hoping this works out too. Keep your fingers crossed for me, please! I will (surely) be updating.
