Here are some of the beauties that we brought at Hamm and Houten at the weekend.

We were lucky enough to get 6 new Pink Tongues

Diamond

and her tail

Geezer

Slim

Shorty

Pip

Squeak

and its tail

Could not get a picture of Pips tail, was not being very co-operative. Squeak has some shed on her, but it seems to be coming off very well.

We will be taking some more pictures, hopefully over the christmas period.

That's so cool to have a colony of larger lizards like that! Looks like they all have their own unique markings and personalities.

I don't know much about pink tongue skinks, so I was wondering if there is something special about their tails.

theyre lovely! i've always thought of skinks as kind of the ferret of the reptile world because of their long bodies and short legs. oober cute <3

The special thing about their tails is
it is supposed to be the "easiest" way of sexing them

Too be quite honest its not as easy as they make it out to be

Was hoping someone on the forum may be able to sex them by the pictures
thats the reason for putting the pictures of the tails on here
