Well, since all leopard geckos are the same 'breed', it wouldn't be a new one. But if you were to cross a banana blizzard with a SHTCTB, you would get all orange geckos to varying degrees, and all would be het for blizzard and patternless (assuming it's a true banana blizzard).

names people names
not what it looks like or it's genetics
names

varying degree of hypos het for blizzard and het for (murphy) patternless.....

...as Marcia stated. Mostly, the cross would theoretically be pointless, as I'd venture to guess that the blizzard gene would trump the coloration for the shtct to the point of dulling it out like it does to the banana blizzard (a faded yellow cast as an adult).

You could name it WTF ever you wanted, you and others are still going to need to know the genetics and phenotypic outcome behind it.

This post has me needing to dig for something. Something that I did MANY years ago, that hopefully Marcia remembers. This is back from the early 2000s, when even then the naming crap was getting out of hand.

Here's some crosses already done geckogirl...

Chiquita line x Dairy Queen line:

Blazing Banana Blizzard....as you see, the Chiquita line tends to turn brown with age. I've not tried crossing it to a Tremper or Bell albino to find out which brown albino it is related to.

Halloween Rainbow (Rainbow was later re-named to APTOR/RAPTOR, minus the albino part)

These next 2 took YEARS to develop.

Jungle carrot-tail

Striped Tangerine...this took TONS of inbreeding to keep the stripes bold, removing the hypo trait, but keeping the tangerine

thank you lurkers and all....

GeckoGirl, in all seriousness what specifically were you looking for outside of what Marcia, others, and myself gave you answer wise? Names, people names doesn't spell it out very helpfully.

She can name it whatever she wants to. Everyone else does... even morphs with 2-3 other names. Of course, you could always come up with a catchy bunch of letters like, PATAB. (PAternless TAngerine Blizzard?

You don't need to give it a name. As it is, people would rather like to hear what the gecko actually is rather than "this is a SUPER GALACTIC STAR SPACESHIP MOON GECKO." The "morph" you have, is nothing new, and it would be nothing interesting. The classic breeders are already annoyed at people trying to come up with new morph names, all that does is make it more confusing for new people trying to learn about leopard gecko genetics.

That is some of the funniest new morphs I've seen since the Hynieglow.
