So I recently purchased a new gecko it’s only 3 almost 4 months. I have a bio active set up in an 18x18x24 exo terra but I know small crested geckos should be in a smaller one. I spent all my money so I can’t set up a small enclosure so what should I do? Leave it in the bioactice? Or maybe a small temporary in a plastic bern but idk how to do that and what exactly I need.

Please I need help fast

Get a 6qt shoebox size tub, or possibly something a little bigger. Set it up with a coconut shell hide or equivalent, a piece of cork bark or stick leaning on the hide so it has a place to climb, a small jar lid for water and another for CGD. You can actually keep the tub cover on and there should be enough ventilation. If you want, you could even put the whole tub in the larger enclosure. I used to keep my crestie and gargoyle hatchlings like this when I was breeding them. The tub is probably less than $2.

Cresties can go in that fine.
kiss keep an eye its eating and you’re good to go. Many of mine sell and go straight into that size.
