the 4th one looks like one of my males, minus the pinstriping and less red on the sides. Same colors and back patter though.

I'm not a big fan of the brown dalmatian spotting. They look dirty. Nothing special. :-\

I'd say my favorite is #2. If the red dalmatian had larger and more spots, he'd be it.

Thanks.

The brown dalmations are from Anthony's red dalmation pairing so they may still turn red or orange, if not I probably wont keep them. the red dalmation should continue to gain more spots. She is at 11 grams now so she still has a lot of growing left.

Why buy them if you're not going to keep them? If they get redder will you keep them? AC always says his thngs get red with age. She may, but from what I've seen the ones that have a large number of large spots tend to have them from early on.

I hope I didn't sound rude earlier. I was thinking about it while I was cleaning my reptile room/dad's server room.

When I said nothing special, I just kind of meant that AC always says how great this reptiles are and they're really patterns that everyone can create, but he gets away with charging (usually) ridiculous prices b/c of the name. I will admit I've found a few that were decently priced, but usually he's over priced. Example being on his site right now he has a female for $500, and I have one almost identical I paid $125. He has another unsexed for $200 that I paid about $85 for. I dunno. just never had good experience with him. He never emails back after the first email. <I don't want to start anything bad towards anyone here, so if you want to talk more about him let's not do it on the forums as to break the ruless. PM>

Plus, I said it from personal tastes not the quality of the geckos.

You didnt sound rude;)

I bought them hoping to get a red male with a good amount of spots. My breeder male is below average with very little spots so I need one to replace him for next years breeding season. I'm still hoping that they will turn red but if they dont I can pick up a juvie male from him later this year.

I dont have anything bad to say about Anthony. I've been buying from him for the last few years and he has always been more than fair to me. I dont mind paying more for his geckos because he has spent a long time selectively breeding for certain traits so I know I am getting a crested of the best quality.

Maybe they will. It's be cool.

From the few short emails, he's seemed nice, but then he just drops contact in the middle of a deal. I've only spoted a few really nice geckos with a decent price that I'd pay. Like I said I have one identical that I paid a little over 100 and he's selling the twin for 500... I like to shop around. You can usually find the same or better for cheaper. :-\

I will say the orange on the 4th one keeps catching my eye though.
