1. I never see him drink from the water bowl
2. Never eats from the food bowl always have to drop the food in front of him
3. Never wants to get inside the humid hide
4. majority of the time is spent in hide and even at night.
5. Poop is basically a less squishy worm with a white tip
some good sign though he just shed like a day ago

Welcome to GeckoForums! Reptar is very adorable :) as for your questions..
1. Are you seeing him deposit urates (his pee - the white globs that usually accompany poo). If so, he must be drinking the water because he is peeing. Also take not of how much water is missing daily, if any.
2. When they are that little, they don't always eat out of food bowls because they can't see the food moving around. They need to see the food moving to eat, so perhaps once he's a bit older, he will have a better time eating out of a bowl.
3. Some geckos use the humid hide more than others. What are the temps where the hide is? What are you using?
4. The little ones like to hide a lot more because they are more wary of people. Even some adults will spend all day and night hiding, it's pretty normal behavior. Handling him carefully and gently at this age will make him more human friendly as he gets older, and he may not hide as much.
5. Poop sounds good to me, the white part is the urate mentioned before, so he must be drinking the water ;) After shed, the poop can be greenish or grayish, which is normal.
6. He looks like a Hypo Tang to me. If the spots disappear as he grows, he is Super Hypo.

He's an adorable Hypo Tang right now. As Jess stated, if he loses his spots he'll be a SHT.

You might try giving him a different bowl to eat out of. We use juice bottle lids with our little ones because they have low sides and are clear. Often times the mealworms crawl out of them but they quickly figure out that that's where they're coming from. We also use the same lids for water.
