NEWBIE TO UROPLATUS!

So I've been keeping reptiles and amphibians for about a year now, I've owned everything from Leopard Geckos, to an Argentine Tegu. I've been looking for a Uroplatus gecko for quite some time now, but I just can't find one anywhere! I was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction of some CB Uroplatus geckos. In particular I'm looking for Uroplatus Fimbriatus, or Uroplatus Giganteus. I understand that these are hard to come by, but it would be pretty amazing if I could get a couple of them. Does anyone know a breeder? Any help is appreciated VERY MUCH!

Buy only CB animals from a trusted source. A WC for your first Uroplatus can be a bad thing. Give up on Giganteus, there are only a few pair in the entire country. I'd suggest a U. Henkeli as your first Uro, they're very hardy and a good size as well.

Also keep in mind that you're looking right at the end of the cooling season for most breeders, so don't be discouraged if you don't see many for sale. Give it a few months and keep checking those two sites I linked you to. Both are good guys.

Northstar, you said the henkeli are hardy? How are the sikorae? Do you have a care sheet for either? Thinking about Uroplatus myself...
