Disclaimer: I don't hate the Tokay, they are BEAUTIFUL lizards, they can just be a bit aggressive at times...

Yeah, that zero must be a typo. They've become naturalized in parts of South Florida. The calling males can be heard a few houses away, you don't want one in your attic.

We let one loose in our old rental house to combat the bug and rodent problems caused by untidy neighbors. It took a while to get used to the barking, they can get really loud. We talked to our old landlord's a couple of weeks ago and they said he's still living in the hot water heater closet and there aren't any bugs or mice! LOL
