My gecko hasn't pooped for 2 days after eating 8 mealies which isn't normal. Is there something wrong? What can I do for my gecko?

Also, I forgot to mention that I put in a rock formation hide thing. He absolutely loves it. He was inside the rock formation hide when he was eating the 8 worms. I think he may have vomitted a little. As I found a very small patch of brown liquid inside the rock formation hide thing.

Nothings wrong, hes just a little constipated. A warm bath and a belly rub can help move things along... but its only been 2 days so i wouldnt worry about it.

One last thing. The day before he ate 8 worms, he shedded. He ate all the skin and refused to eat any worms.

My gecko really hates the warm bath. He keeps on trying to get out of the container. What should I do?

No BM for 2 days is not a major health issue.
Keep feeding as usual, and if no BM tomorrow try this:

Go to the store and buy some mineral oil.
Rub a few medium size crix with the mineral oil and hand feed them to
your leo. If he/she refuses it, use a eye dropper and put a drop of the
oil on the side of his/her mouth (avoid the nostril openings, as oil getting in these could be bad).
Your leo will lick the oil off his mouth. Keep apply the oil drops until he has
injested several drops.
If he/she does not lick the oil, and instead, rubs it off, try this:
Smash up a gut loaded crickets in a small dish and mix equal amount of the
oil in it. Now try the above drops of the mixture and see if he will lick it.
The oil, plus a nice steamy moist hide, will make his bowels move for sure :main_yes:

More about leo constipation;
I think it's important to provide a varied diet, not just for nutrition reasons.
Mealies have less moisture than crickets, so a constant diet of them can cause constipation. Properly gut loaded crix (carrots, apples, pears, leafy greens, etc) are loaded with the moisture your leo needs.
Have you ever seen your leo chomp down on a cricket and get "cricket juice" splased on the wall of the terrarium?
This is how your leo gets the moisture he needs for proper BM's.

It's just like people, if you dont get enough liquid, your bowels will get dessicated and not be able to pass waste. This can in time, lead to compaction of the bowel.

No.

BTW, he pooped today after I gave him some olive oil as I couldn't get my hands on mineral oil.
