Noobie Questions!

This is my first gecko Blaze. I bought this little guy from Petsmart about a month ago and they couldn't tell me much about this lizard. I don't know how old it is and i would like to know how i can tell the gender. Finally, if anyone can tell me what morph i have, i would highly appreciate it. thank you!
(the habitat you see in the background is my tortoise enclosure, i currently have blaze in a 10 gallon)

Blaze is a superhypo (no body spots) tangerine (orange coloring) stripe (body and tail bands run front to back instead of side to side) carrot tail (solid orange coloring at the base of the tail). No way to know the age. Google "sexing leopard geckos" for pictures of male and female that you can use to compare and figure out which Blaze looks more like.
