Hey guys. I haven't been on in a long time, and my leo Rosalie's doing great. She's still not an adult but her tail is nice an plump.

Okay, I lied. Rosalie's not doing "great". She was. She's not pooping...and hasn't been for maybe a week :( Her tempature, on the hot side, is 80-something (bad eyesight, can't see which number it is), but it's hotter on the floor than it is in the air where the thermometer is. Her substrate is paper towels, and she's housed alone. She's hydrated, at least I think (i've seen her drinking everyday), and I've seen her eat. Today she wasn't interested in food but she's getting that "I'm about to shed look".

So what's going on? I'll persuade my dad to go to the vet, but if they're gonna check for parasites they need poop...which Rosalie doesn't have.

(P.S. I also tried soaking her in warm water. It's hard though, since she's able to climb out of the tupaware.)

if you can feed her some olive oil or mineral oil(cringe) it might help move that on through. she won't need very much. Oh and soak her for 15 mins first. That might help as well.

Not pooping isn't a sign of parasite, thankfully. But most likely a sign of stress(due to shedding, or relocation maybe), or worse, impaction.

Mineral oil is a no-no..but olive oil is great. get her to drink up a little bit of that.
