Hey,

i saw these for a bargain price at a local pet store, they where labelled as rainwater patternless, but im thinking this is some random name they have given them, as if they where rainwater albino patternless, this would make them las vegas albino's ?

Well, I have a Rainwater Patternless (= Las Vegas Patternless) that looked like this when she was younger (with lots of lights spots like yours, but they'll vanish completely).

My Tremper Albino baby did not have these spots.

For a pet store baby, it has a nice thick tail, and if it's for a bargain I would get it :main_yes: (You probably already did.) It's very good-looking, and also gets some carrot on the tail.

Hey chrissy, thanks for your reply, yeah i already bought them there was 2 of them but this is just a pic of 1 of them.

they where in pretty good condition but one of them has a slightly nipped tail (re grown now, ive had them for a good 4 or 5 weeks now) but yeah, i guess thats one of the big advantages of keeping all my leo's seperate, no competition for food so they get nice and fat :)

i dont have any albino patternless in my collection so not sure what they look like, just thought the eyes looked similar to my other trempers, i only have a normal murphey patternless and a mack patternless, so have no idea what type of albino they actually are !

Thanks again

I would say you have a las vegas patternless albino (LVPA) which is the same thing as a rainwater patternless albino. Some people call them Rainwaters, others call them Las Vegas. Rainwater is the last name of the person credited for "discovering " this strain. 'Kinda like Trempers are sometimes called Texas albinos and Bells are sometimes called Florida albinos.

-BTW pretty little girl you got there :main_thumbsup: , care to post a pic of the other one?

Nice!!!!..don't even really notice the tail. If # 1 is a male, they should make you some pretty babies :) .
