Still not eating, but did poop today(pretty small, I mean there isn't much to poop out) so I did a fecal on her with no protozoa showing up. I will do some more if I can get a fresh sample from her, but so far looking good. She is starting to look possibly gravid(stomach area seems larger, could be wrong), but I don't want to stress her out any more by checking as I have already done so a few times this week.

I would not be surprised if the superworms have constipated her. Especially if she is having small bowel movements. If she is comfortable with a soak it would be a good idea.

I gave her one 2 days ago to try and help rehydrate her and help her along. She doesn't mind them so I will probably give her another tonight. Constipation could definitely be it, or at least a contributor. My guess is maybe she got a little dehydrated(I always have water in her tank, but it could have gotten a bit low, or even from having the light on etc) and then had trouble digesting.

It seems that she ate one superworm last night, I put one in her dish and it was gone in the morning. It is not anywhere in the tank so she must have eaten it :).

dig to make sure it's not hiding. I think she is dehydrated if u gave her a bath and then she ate.

I already said I checked lol She is on shelf liner so it would be easy to tell if it were hiding. And I gave her a bath a few days ago as well but she did not eat then so I don't think she was dehydrated.

soryy I have to keep signing in and out because I am cleaning, but anyway if it's the worm causing the problem you will never know because you don't change the insect. if she is too hungry she will eat it anyway and suffer later.

I won't be changing feeders until next week. But even still it will be mealworms as I can't try to get dubais until winter is over. She would not be so hungry as to eat and cause herself problems unless her fat stores were depleted, which they were not as she lost about 2g.

......I am well aware of Newfoundland Reptiles. Their prices are different than listed on their website. They also have no crickets anymore. They are quite overpriced.

I don't get why you keep insisting that mealworms/superworms are not a proper food. Hell the chart you posted even shows they are. Many forum members here feed only mealworms with no ill effects. They do have a a fair amount of chitin but it varies on the gecko in terms of digesting, most have no issues.

the ill effects is that they die way younger that they should. It's like us eating mcdonalds everyday. The problems come once you start aging. ok, I will give up, i was just trying to help. what chart tho?

Don't worry endrien, gecko4245 is super anti-mealworm, the facts are right their and she still suggests we are harming our leo's by feeding supers.

I am not the only one that does not feed them. If different items was being fed is no big deal, but it's not healthy to only feed one thing. It's not only they are fatty, they have caused alot of problems. Besides all the pictures and peoples's story I read, I seen it myself. I am not the type to just believe anything. I have fed them in the past and some of my leo's would throw them up. 1 was constipated and I had to give him mineral oil. And is not because of temps because I am very anal about making sure everything is perfect. I stopped trying 4 years ago because it was to problematic. It is not going to happen to all and right away.

Many people on here have had 100 percent success with feeding solely mealworms or supers with no I'll effects. I personally give crickets once a week but just because you had a bad experience doesn't mean they are bad

Remember I have been keeping reptiles for 15 years. hopefully it never happens to you, because in some cases it has cause death. I say poor in nutrtion. They eat more fluid than food. you can't gutload them to meet the same nutrients as other insects. Then the calcium is so poor that you have to dust them to death which is not good because you can over do it.
