40 gal. glass aquarium,moss,sand,UTH,3 hides,water/food/calcium bowl,hum. gauge at each end of tank,two digital thermometers,tank cover and locks,a sand scooper......anything else i may need

Take him/her off sand and put him/her on paper towels, newspaper, ceramic tile, or slate.
Setup sounds good though, could you show us some pics? :D :D :D

yes....i have had leo's since i was 8 or 9 ( my neighbor breed them and let me raise some of the little ones)

I just wanted to make sure, unfortunately there are quite a few cases of people housing male and females together and ending up with eggs they don't know what to do with ;)

With just those three in that tank, you really could go all the way down to a 20 gallon comfortably. Might save you some money, unless of course you already have the 40 gallon.

One thing I will recommend, you really should have a seperate tank for the male outside of breeding, as he may stress your females out by wanting to frequently breed.

i have a separator thing for the 40 and then have (3) 10 gall.tanks just incase....plus i ordered a Hova Bator incubator and a scale....just so ill be ready

ya i will.....i should have some up in the end of aug. or early sept......i want them to get use too there new home before they have things flashing at them
