I'm still waiting to hear frm my vet. I was able to get the cloaca pushed back into her body, but it came out again after about an hour.

I have NEVER experienced this in 13 years of working with Leopard geckos. I am at a complete loss for what to to... I feel so helpless.

I've never had this happen with a leo. I did have it happen with a baby boa. It was terrible...

God. I love my geckos so very much... and I do the BEST I know how to do for them! I took a tranquilizer and laid down with her under my shirt and slept with her for a few hours. She stayed right under my shirt on my chest the whole time. Why do these things happen? Am I the only breeder that has this happen? I feel like I must be doing something terribly wrong. I feel so helpless to do anything for my baby! OMG, my insides are aching and I am sick over it. I feel like a complete failure to help my precious girl. I am so freaked out about this right now. It really makes me wonder if I am even cut-out for being a breeder. MY POOR BABY!!! I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO FOR HER!!!!!

I'm really sorry about this Marcia. I would also like you to know that i have no doubts about you as a breeder. Something like this could happen to anyone. Doing all you can do fix it, makes you a great breeder in my book.
