Technically that's what it would be since the body and neck are banded. The striped tail is usually and indicator of Patternless Stripe influence.

I know what you mean by "only". It seems easier to call a gecko with a striped body and banded tail and aberrent than one with a striped tail and banded body, but technically it is an aberrant. Here's a picture from last season of 2 Mack Snows that I called yin and yang since one had only a striped body and one had only a striped tail:
