Orange blotches on skin... not mites, but is it normal?

I have a few N. levis and they have these orange blotches that look like pigmentation on their skin. I have googled and googled and no answers. It's not mites because that's a bump on top of the skin. This looks like pigmentation. Wasn't sure if it was a fungus or something. Please help Obi Wan Kenobi, you're my only hope!
