I've had my little leo now 2 weeks and I'm beginning to notice a definite patern to her life style.
I have 3 hiding caves in her home. One on each end (warm and cool ends) and the humid hide in the middle.
In the morning, she likes the high temp cave and hangs out there with her head sticking out the door so she doesnt miss anything, (she loves to watch me get ready to go to work) then, between 8 and 9am, she moves all the way accros to other end and lounges in the cool cave. Thats where she will be almost all day. Then, between 4 and 5pm, she will move to her humid hide, stick her head out, and wait for dinner (about 8pm). After pigging out on crics, she will retire to her warm cave (the warmest spot in her cage) with her head sticking out watching in case I decide to give her a waxie for desert. She poops between 9 and 10pm, in about the same spot (give or take a few inches!). Her routeen is consistant, and as long as the temps dont change, I always know exactly where she is at any time.
I think this highly organized behavior is interesting. :main_yes:
Have you guys noticed such organized behavior?
