.... is apparently unsafe for children. Our snakes, 10" 80 gram caiman, and my geckos are man eating beasts and/or my geckos diet consists of mice and rats and we are commercial breeders with lots of income from our reptiles. And apparently we have a child eating boa somewhere that I don't know about...ummmmm I have a feather boa, but it doesn't eat children.

Ken got home after work to find a subpoena on the door for court on next Monday to go over all of this. I guess the ex is jealous that Ken has moved on in his life and is happy, and not stalking her like she is doing to us.

She's opened this can of worms which makes it much easier now to go after her for all the stuff in the visitation agreement that she has broken.

The only animal we have that may become an issue with the court system is the caiman, unless the judge is not an idiot and realizes with great care they are safe for some time, especially when kept in a tank, that the child will not be reaching into. LOL She even had that the caiman is used to eat what f/t that our snakes don't eat...ummm can we say stalking and gullible to believe every thing she read as a joke on the forums. LMFAO

Wow. That's pretty ridiculous. But you're right- the caiman would be the only possible issue as they're illegal some places. Keep track of the stuff she says to you for later as she's probably not going to leave you alone if she's gone this far...

I've actualy gotten quite a chuckle out of all this to think she's that stupid to think the things she believes about the animals we keep especially after finding out there are records of her buying Ken a snake while there were married. Ummm.... Wonder what the judge would think about that? :main_evilgrin: Waiting for the copy of the reciepts!

If it came down to it we would adopt the caiman out, not an issue really.

She also made a big deal about me breeding mice and rats as feeders, which I stopped doing because the beeding bothers my allergies. We will start it back up but will be in an out house so not to smell up the house as well.

LOL See what I mean by having to chuckle? Really since when do the geckos I keep, Leos, Knobies, AFTs, Vipers, Cresteds, and Gargs eat rats? :main_rolleyes:

(Ken read it to me again it only mentions my geckos eating rats not mice, so the pinkies for the breeding females occasionally don't count)

Ken is really upset and not laughing about it at all, matter of fact he's been crying. I wish I could do more than talk to him over the phone right now, but I won't be in MI again till next week. This witch is putting us both in a very difficult position being forced to chose between out reptile children and Ken's human child is a very evil thing to do when she is evidently uneducated about the reptiles. If it came down to it, it's a no brainer the reptiles would have go, but it won't come to that, but Ken is thinking the worst right now.

#5 That Defendant-father raises snakes in the basement of mothers house, but such is kept under somewhat control by his mother

#7 That defendant-father has 206 snakes which he raises for commercial purposes

#8 That defendants new wife has 100 snakes which she raises for commercial pourposes.

#9 Defendants new wife has 100 lizards

#10 That the snakes and lizards all eat rats, some of which are raised by the defendant and his wife, some of which are purchased frozen

#11 That the defendant has a boa constrictor snake

#17 That said environment is not healthy or safe for the minor child, as the defendant has various reptiles intermixed with the living space.

#20 (she's just trying to get more child support here) The income of the defendant has increased both from his primary job and his secondary job with the selling of reptiles.

Grrrrr Ken just faxed me the court papers.

We've got a lot of research and crap to print out with a full list of inventory to show her what a nut she is for claiming all this. Also the stalking she did proves this is out of jealousey and her being vindictive.

This will be a win for not only us but for herps with kids in general.

If any judge even takes this stuff seriously, I'll be shocked. Seriously. I'm a social worker, and the times when kids REALLY should be removed from homes, they almost never are. :main_no:

That being said, I would definitely document the heck out of everything. She is clearly being vindictive and greedy. I get that she's hurt, but that's no reason to be a turd. She's hurting her kid by doing this, too. :main_no:

She's hurt? They have been divorced for three years and before that she had him sleeping on the couch in the basement......how on earth would she be hurt?

The problem is she has nothing better to do but mess with Ken and I because she couldn't keep her claws sunk into him. I could say more to as why he even married her in the first place but I'm not that mean! :main_rolleyes:

Right now I'm working on my statement for Ken's lawyer, whom he had to find a new one because his lawyer died last year. From what we understand of the new lawyer is she's a Dragon Lady of a lawyer...... she doesn't loose!!

Okay, I have seen you post regarding how much money it took to build your BP collection to what it is today. If you have managed to turn a profit/increased the family income already PLEASE write a book so we can all learn how to be such magicians with money :main_thumbsup:
