How do you tell? What do you look for? Do males want to breed at a younger age than females? My Female is over a year old about 18 months male is around 7-8 months, just had to put them together to make room for Abby's new baby girl. Don't care if they breed just want them to cohabitate but want to be ready. Thanks for all the answers to all my questions.

turn your female over you might see two Pink dots or so One a bit higher the other lower. this should mean she is ready. i find leopard geckos are ready at 5 months of age, 50 grams or more.

Turned her over spots are hard to miss. And I don't have a gram scale but she weighed just under a quarter pound on my pound scale so i figure she is about 100 grams.

Got her at local pet store with one of the major names. Used a conversion table online to take the 4 oz and turn it into grams. I don't know what kind of line she is from.
