Hi guys,

After about a month from the International Pet Expo in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (as can be seen in this link - First Expo), we went for another expo up north in Penang, Malaysia. Below are some pictures for your viewing pleasure:

penang0.jpg

The penthouse we stayed in was really huge. This is the first path leading to our bedrooms. There's another that I didn't photograph.

penang1.jpg

Our main hanging out hall

penang2.jpg

The seaview of Penang Port from the balcony

penang3.jpg

Penang Times Square - the venue

penang4.jpg

This was where the expo was held. Unlike the first expo, this time it's an outdoor event.

penang5.jpg

The programmes.

penang6.jpg

Setting up our table.

penang7.jpg

And just like in previous expo, people started to become curious and approached us.

Some of the earlier crowd that came and bought from us

You guys want to see more? :)

Alrighty! Here are more pictures aight :)

penang10.jpg

Crowd building up.

penang11.jpg

That oldman stood in front of our booth and browse our geckos for hours as if he was going to eat them LOL!

penang12.jpg

Our over-rated leo Bible :).

penang13.jpg

My friend in action to poison that blue shirt kid.

penang14.jpg

One of our HG Tangerines.

penang15.jpg

Baby Diablo.

penang16.jpg

That's me. I was trying to poison that lady to venture into levis. It didn't work though. Hahaha

penang17.jpg

Another happy visitor :).

penang27.jpg

Corny marketing strategy LOL!

More?

What do you think? :main_thumbsup:

Good one LOL!

Here are more:

penang21.jpg

The lady in yellow was our organiser - Amanda.

penang22.jpg

There were horses...

penang20.jpg

And tall scary looking clowns too LOL!

penang23.jpg

Nice eh? LOL!

penang24.jpg

One of not so common sight in Penang. People over there keep macaques for pets. Go figure :)

penang25.jpg

A Japanese advert bunting.

penang26.jpg

Our acrylic tag.

penang36.jpg

We took a break and had a durian feast. It's the king of fruit that many Westerners despise...but we love them LOTS. The one that we had was the "red prawn" variety. It possesses the strongest taste. Yum! LOL!

penang28.jpg

Here's an Ember. Too bad it was too bright. So she shut her eyes :).

penang29.jpg

More action from TGS to entertain the crowd.

penang30.jpg

One of the star attractions at out booth.

To be continued...

So they went from "ooooohhhhh' and "aaaahhhh" LOL!

penang32.jpg

I have no idea what they are laughing at :main_huh:

penang34.jpg

Another one bites the dust LOL!

penang35.jpg

More crowd showed up.

penang37.jpg

To be frank, I have no idea that old folks like leos so much. But I started to notice such incident since the first expo we held about more than a month ago.

penang38.jpg

Daughter said "Hey this is a cutie!". Mother just stood there awestruck by my friend's explaination...LMAO!

penang40.jpg

One pissed off resident at our booth.

penang41.jpg

The cute dog that won the 1st prize at the expo.

penang42.jpg

We had our big feast after the successful yet tiresome event.

penang43.jpg

We ordered cheesy oysters

penang44.jpg

Kam cheong crabs

penang45.jpg

Tao chew pomphret

penang46-1.jpg

And various other critters that I could not recall their names.

All and all it was a success. And we can't wait to participate in the upcoming future events, locally and internationally.

Thanks for viewing

Thanks for sharing the great pics and stories :) Congrats on your success!
Noted! But that's something I missed. I haven't considered myself "successful" as of yet. Or else I would have quit my job in a heart beat. LOL!

There's a long way to go. I just hope I will always have the momentum to continue further :)

Thanks Norman! Flowerhorns were the thing of the past. More and more Malaysians are starting to accept reptiles as pets (or investment) now. We are bombarding various medias at every chance we get to send the message out and create awareness in our country. We will not rest until all have been "converted". REPTILES RULE!!! LOL!
