Phantom is it rare?

I've only seen it on one site is it rare or do not many people like it?

Craig stewart from the urban gecko developed the morph and not very many people work with it. It was obtained by crossing a TUG snow with a tremper sunglow I believe. Chris from Geckodaddy.com has some I think.

I cant tell the difference between them and an albino snow if you ask me. They look pretty much identical.

Some times I wonder if some of these big name breeders rename things just to make an extra buck off it.

Phantoms have a reduced pattern and more white to pastel background to them.

it is defiantly unique, but not really "rare". its a tremper albino TUG snow with sunglow influence

Phantoms are the TUG Snow Tremper Albino, so yes they are a Snow Albino. Like how Firewaters are Rainwater Hybinos used with Dan Lubinsky's Hot Gecko Line of Tangerines.
