i have nasal issues (non-allergic rhinitis) and wearing the mask helps keep the dust and such out of my nose, thus keeping my nose and face from feeling like it is has been hammer with a sledge hammer and a cheese grater scraped against the insides of my nasal passages

ohhh,
I got a question, it seems to be you use otmeal oats for a substrate but how do you seperate mealworms from it? It seems to be the oats wont go through a filter.
