pink and waiting

Hi to all, well finally got a nice egg on 2/16! It's still nice and pink with a nice shell. I did candle it today, first time since it was put in the cooker. Like I said it is nice and pink on the inside, veins showing, but I dont see anything growing. Should I see something by now? How long before I see a set of eyes looking at me:main_rolleyes: at 85* and 29 days. Thanks for any info.

Sometimes you never see anything but the egg is good. That happens to me a lot. Often the gecko gets big enough so after awhile you don't see anything anyway. Hang in there and within the next few weeks something will happen either way.

You will not see anything happen for another 15 days or so...

Egg Update. Well its been 42 days and the egg started denting bad on day 40. There is no sweating as of yet. I did candle and I see something very interesting in the egg. I do not see any movement but do see a dark figure that has over taken the egg, more then half. I can still see quite a bit of pink and veins still. I am excited but nervous at the same time. Incubating at 84* was laid on 2/16. Should I get the nursery ready? Please bare with me, this is my first.
