looks female to me, its not bulging like a male would... but again its still early. Kind of depends on how big it is. How much does it weigh?

its already 20 grams

I would keep an eye on it, if the bulge doesnt change in the next 10-20 grams its definitely female.

I took a couple quick example pics... sorry they arent the greatest.

This guy hatched 2/25/12 and is 25 grams. I incubated him at 89-90 and am 90% sure he is male. See how there are two fairly distinct bulges, one on either side for each hemipene. And you can see the row of pores

This guy hatched 2/16/12 and is 30 grams. Same thing, except he is showing more.
