We used to have a HUGE oppossum that would come up on our back porch to eat from our cat's bowl as well. I mean, when I was growing up. He would freeze if you looked out the door at him, but the cats didn't mind him at all. They would all eat from the same bowl. lol I think he actually might have been a she though. My mom told me that one day she saw babies riding on her back, but then I didn't see her for a while and when I saw her again she had no babies. I was disappointed. Baby oppossum's are so cute. :)

Thats funny Haligreen..
Little possum I do not think will be returning. Well last night I did not see the possum I let 3 dogs out and they instantly caught the scent. They quickly all three dove into a cats bed I have out. It's a little hut with a small opening. I somehow got all three off and found the little possum inside. He didn't look injured, and I heard nothing from him when the dogs were going at it. I came back with shovel to fling him into the woods(Which wouldn't have been the first time) and a bag to put the bed in for the trash. When I looked in the possum was up and bloody around his nose/mouth. Did not look that bad tbh, I was quite surprised. I ended up walking him in the bed across the street to leave and he was gone this morning.
