wanted to share the best 2010 offspring of this project. A couple of years ago I was lucky enough to purchase a big wild-caught E.macularius fasciolatus from a local pet store!!!! This guy was bred to a E.m.macularius female and a single bright coloured female popped up out of this pairing. Here I want to show off the results after breeding back the father to his daughter. I would appreciate your comments.
Have fun!

They are very pretty. I assume the first picture is the male, the second is the bright colored daughter and the others are the results of the father daughter cross? I have to say that the coloring on all the geckos except the first one seems like enigma coloring. Is that possible?

Hi Aliza,

your assumption of the picture sequence is right but picture 3-5 is the same animal. There's definitely no Enigma-blood inside but I can show you an offspring of a pairing between a sibling of "the light coloured daugther" and a Tangerine enigma poss. het Bell

They're gorgous. I'd love to have those black speckles on a white background without the enigma gene.

They are beautiful! I like them so light-colored. Do you think they will darken when they get older? I have a wild-caught one, and she was whitish and a little spotted like your "daughter" gecko when I got her, but is dark brown banded now.

@Chrissy, they definitely do not darken at age. When they hatch out they look like Mack-Snows with a clean black and white body colouration. As they get older a slightly yellow pigmentation comes in.
BTW: Thanks all for your comments
