Puffy skin - behind right leg

I found some puffy skin right behind one of my gecko's right leg.

There does not seem to be any fluid in it but it is puffy looks like a blister without the fluid and no red ness and she seems to be walking fine.

Anyone know what this could be ?

That's a pocket of calcium or other minerals she has stored. There's nothing to worry about. One of mine has it, too. It means she's well nourished.
