Questions about Gargoyle hatchlings

So usually, our clutches hatch same day or within a day of one another. Our latest clutch, one hatched 2 days ago and we are still waiting for the clutchmate (egg still looks good). Is this normal? At what point should I consider the egg unhatchable? Usually how long does it take for eggs to hatch after their clutchmate? Pic of newest little one

When I was breeding geckos I found that some eggs looked just fine for many weeks and they were empty. My usual plan was to incubate until it either hatched or collapsed. If it's not a hardship, you can always just keep it in there until something happens.

The egg is definitely fertile, so i guess it just becomes a waiting game. What are some signs that the egg has gone bad?
