Absoloutely it applies to siblings as well.
You are basically taking an animal with the same genetics and breeding it together.
The same rules apply, you will double both the bad genes and the good... and you never know when the bad genes will override

Wile I agree with the no no factor to sibling inbreeding...their genetics are just too closeley relatd. It should only be done on special proojects looking to bring out specific traits, and even them you're safer to breed child to parent, as the child only has half the cromosomes related to that parent, so in essence you are still providing a certain level of new genetics. And from what reading i've don on the subjest please corrent me if I'm wrongs. But there is tons and tons of literature pointing the Leos having a naturale ability or ruggedness, if you wll o being able to wirthsand small amount so f inbreeding. Many point to the fact that most of their natural habitiac is not secludeded enough for us or anyone else to prevent it.

Usually when 2 individyal pairings should onoly server to pewserve th bad genetics.

Of course, several generations, defects are to be expected/
