Quick question

I just picked up a female leo from a friend and she is pretty thin. She just laid eggs 2 or 3 days ago. Do leos usually thin out once they lay eggs?

My leos usually lose 5-10 grams after laying and some end up looking thinner. Most of them regain their weight by the time they lay again. There are some geckos that don't recover well.

Thanks, I went out and got some waxworms to try to put weight back on her, but she hasn't taken food yet. She doesn't look that bad, just got a real thin tail. She's probably just not eating due to the change of scenery.

Just keep in mind also that after a leo is transported or relocated into a new environment they tend to not eat as well
