could you make radars by breeding a raptor to a bell and then breeding the offspring together? or do you have to breed the bell to an eclispse het for nothing and then breed those offspring back together?

One should use an Eclipse that proven to be NOT het Tremper to breed with Bells to make Radars IMO. If you do an search in this section you'll find other threads on the topic.

Either way would technically work. However, most people will not by a radar (myself included) if they know there is a chance of a tremper allele being present.
