She is about 7 months old. She put on the striping at about 5-6 months. I have been considering getting in to breeding after having reptiles for years and specifically leos for a little over a year (she isn't the only one).

If I were to breed I would focus on low production and HIGH quality. She doesn't have too much carrot tail and I've seen better raptors but what would you guys rate her at? On say a 1-10 scale? Be honest, it won't hurt her feelings. I'll love her either way :main_thumbsup:

Im considering buying better "stock" if I do decide to breed and just keep her as a pet.

Her colors are a little brighter in person but this is fairly accurate.

i think she is quite a nice raptor. honestly though it all depends on what a person prefers in a raptor.

I do like her, very aggressive eater and very very tame. She will curl up in my hand when I take her out of her tub after eating. I just thought raptors were supposed to have more of a carrot tail. Idk if it will develop more with age or not.

Here is the best pic I have of her eyes. They are both solid red :main_thumbsup:

The patterning is very cool, but I'd give it a 6-7 rating only because I know what is out there unreleased :main_lipsrsealed:

Why is that?

i am not fond of geckos with a lot of carrot tail. some is okay but meh i do not like too much. just like a think hypo tang geckos are nice looking but the only orange geckos i like are tangs (no hypo) and albino tangs :) i am not into the whole SHTCTB or sunglows and hybinos and stuff like that. i like more contrast ;)

I like her! She's very pretty!

I would rate her a 6 or 7 tho, but that is just based on MY personal preference. Everybody's liking and dislikings are different... One man's (or woman's, lol) 5 or 6 rating is another's 9 or 10 rating!

My rating is based on the fact that i like Raptors with minimal to none spotting on them, with almost full carrot tails, and solid red eyes. I like Raptors to be TRULY patternless!

Yours still is a looker tho!! Still a awesome lookin leo regardless!

Here's how i like them... but even then, she prolly has a little bit too much patterning on her...

you have a good looking raptor id say a 7 too just cause im partial to patternless or near patternless with a good bit of CT. I have a raptor I got from Kelli H. thats my basis for comparing other raptors to. shes patternless with nice CT and better colors than on most males Ive seen which i have found odd since i got her don't know what Kelli puts in the water to get such nice colors but i like it. will post a pic of the female when i can find one had a computer crash and am still in the process of getting stuff off the hard drive.

I think it looks nice but I wouldn't rate your gecko because my preference in Raptors may be different than yours. I like them pretty much patternless except redish orange spots on the head and neck.

5 to 6 for me. There is nothing incorrect about your animal's "conformation" or anything. I've just seen more refined typical RAPTORs around and I have been more impressed by RAPTORs that have been generated from projects incorporating Red Stripe and SHTCT influences along with the stock Eclipse and Tremper necessities.
