I recently ordered 7000 superworms from reptilefood.com with guaranteed live arrival. UPS decided to leave the package sitting on my front porch at around 10am even though my wife was home all day waiting for them to arrive. We have a sign on the front porch that says "Please use side door" but apparently UPS didn't think this applied to them. I arrived home at 4:30pm to find them there.

I contacted Reptilefood.com to let them know that UPS had delivered without the required signature, as well as to let them know that approximately 3000 of the insects were dead or dieing so they could file a claim with UPS via a link on their website to report problems with the order. I explained that I didn't feel it was their fault, but UPS's fault.

Two days later another 7000 insects arrived in fantastic condition. I could not be happier with their customer service and will continue to order from them whenever I am in need.

We've had our problems with ReptileFood.com, but at the end of the day I can't say anything bad about their customer service. We recently had 10,000mealworms deliever and UPS rang the door bell and was back in the truck before Ryan could even get to the door. Even though Ryan immediately got the package over 50% of them were dead. He went on their site, talked to someone live and we had another shipment on the way. I think with any place you're going to have issues especially shipping when it's so cold, and it's nice to know I don't have to fight and argue to get new feeders sent.

ReptileFood has excellent customer service, and their counts are generous. I have had a few problems with dead feeders, but they were replaced immediately without any hassles. I only order from them now.

We order all of our feeders from them also and have been really happy. Of course, the one time we weren't here to accept them was the one time that the UPS lady had crushed the box and killed half or them.

I ordered from them ONCE. I know others are routinely satisfied with their orders, but my first order was the most disgusting disaster I've ever had show up at my door in a box. So far I haven't been able to bring myself to order from them again. I don't remember the counts on how many I ordered/received; all I can remember is 1000s of dead mealworms, superworms and crickets. Hopefully I'll suck it up and get over my hesitation.

They are the only people I order from now. I had half an order show up dead and the replacement was here in 2 days. No arguements or hassles like I have had from other companies. That was the only time I have ever had a problem with them.

i've ordered a good 20 times and only once did i have a problem. i talk to them online using their chat feature and next day i recieved another shipment. These guys are the real deal. :main_thumbsup:

I haven't had a problem with dead feeders, but I do use Reptile food for all of my insect needs and LOVE them! :) Nice fat mealies!
