I came home to find that Ember was dead after her meal of mealworms i dont know what happened but ill miss her.

I'm sorry for your loss. If you'd like to find out why she passed away you can get the vet to do a necropsy (just keep her in the fridge, not freezer, until you can get her to the office).

Are you planning on getting a necropsy done at all to find out what happened to her? Was she acting sick at all in the days before?

no she was fine she was more active than normal

its ok i only had her for like a year and she had eating problems and the enigma circling thingy so i wasnt expecting her to have a normal life
