Hi guys, my cousin borrowed a reverse ring from his friend and I thought of trying it out on my geckos. Had a hard time shooting without autofocus so these are the best shots I could get. Setup was D70 - reverse ring - 50mm F1.8D. :)

I want that camera lens. Very Nice pics none the less. It is hard to tell if they are snows from just a head shot. Distinctive things to look for is sometimes a faded color as if it has a worn down color kind of.

Very nice photography. As Chaz already said, we could ID better for you with body shots. Looking at their heads I can see them both being snows, but I wouldn't guarantee it without a body shot (which even then is not always 100% identifiable as an adult).

Yeah 50mm takes good pics. I'm just using a d70 from our shop, it's not that reliable because sometimes it goes CHA and doesn't shoot so we don't use it anymore so I asked my dad if I could have it if I fixed it, and somehow I did but not completely. I was also snooping around and saw some old lenses from my dad, I had to clean this 50mm since it had fungus inside. Hahaha

Thanks a lot guys! :) Wish I could get closer shots but that's as far as it goes. :(
