Roaches?

In general roaches are going to have a high meat to shell ratio, meaning the reptile will get less filler, but at the same time he won't have to eat as much to get full. I think they're healthier than crickets, but I don't know the stats. I, also, don't know about feeding them to your AFTs. Roaches tend to be pretty fast, and I know my AFTs are slow. So I dunno...

some roaches are faster but some of them are actually pretty slow i think. Most leos dont have a prob wit them so idk y an AFT would:main_cool3:

Many of my AFTs will eat roaches, I have to hold the roaches for the geckos though, it is like a special treat once in a while for them...:)
