I want to get my Leo's weights up and crickets and mealies aren't cutting it. Should I get them some supers or wax worms?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

The first thing you have to figure out is why they're losing weight. Some geckos do get tired of a certain food item for a while but illness, ovulation, and improper husbandry can also keep them from gaining weight. I personally never use waxworms, some geckos are almost impossible to get back on "real" food after they get used to candy treats. Superworms and roaches are both great choices in addition to mealworms and crickets.

I know when some of mine go through a rough season I usually offer a pinkie. It plumps them right up :) gross but it never fails.

+1 on this. If you are feeding a diet of quality, gutloaded mealworms and crickets and are still seeing weight loss something is definately wrong. Review your husbandry and be on the look out for signs of illness or ovulation. I also give the vote to roaches and superworms as excellent dietary choices.

As stated above a proper diet of gutloaded feeders will make your leos
gain weight. What is their weight now?

If they are big enough I would feed super worms and crickets. Are they just not eating alot or are they eating good and not gaining the weight you expect them to gain?

Double check your husbandry and if that is all correct maybe you would want to get a fecal test done.

I have 5 ladys and a male. The male is around 51g and 4 of the ladys are about 42g but one little girl, who has always been little, is only 33g. I was informed that even in the low 40's, they are still to small.

What do ya think?

Some geckos are just plain small. Don't worry so much about weight, body condition is more important than the numbers. We've got Leos that are obese at 50g and some that are very underweight at 70 so it just depends on the gecko. Do you have pics of them?
