As I learn more and more from the experienced members in the herp world, I was surfing some site and came across this interesting bit:
"Get Paid to write an article
Keeping Reptiles will pay you to write and article. Ideally it will be 500-1500 words. These can be care sheets, funny stories, herp hunting trips, hints and tips or anything herp related.
Payment will be based on the number of words and published at editors discretion."

I know the column is from 2009, but they're still putting out newsletters. Here is contact info for those interested. Email [email protected] and I'm sure they'd let you know if they were still wanting paid writers. I use to write a column for our local paper about all things dog, it was really fun, and I know with the wealth of knowledge some of you possess on herps I figured Hey if it can help them make a buck in a few minutes spare time...
