SECRET SANTA TIME!!!!!!

I'm sorry. I didn't mean to sound like a scrooge. And you're right I should be more focused on the spirit of things rather than what it costs - but it's hard not to think about it when your money's tight to begin with, aka being a college student. That being said, however, if I knew I couldn't afford to get a random person a gift and brighten their holidays, then I shouldn't have entered in the first place.

I just hope my SS thinks enough of me to PM me or something and let me know that he/she got the package since it's traveling a long way! (My SS hasn't been on the forums in a few weeks so it kinda worries me. :\ )

I assure you it doesn't matter to me who I got and I plan to do my best to get them what they "wished" for. This isn't about "friends" , it's about spreading joy to others and making another person smile... atleast for me.

Secret Santa.... It was a secret who we all were given until we got the name and it should remain a secret until they recieve the gift.

I am still dying to know who got us.. we were in "secret contact" with our recipient but we haven't heard anything from anyone, although I understand that not everyone necessarily needs to do what we did and I guess we will know soon enough! We're just so excited!

I received my gift from my SS yesterday, and will share it with everyone once some more people get their gifts...we should start a thread for the 2008 SS gifts so people can post pictures and tell of what they got! I may post this weekend what I got...I'm really happy about it !

Well, my SS recipient is in Singapore! There was a really nice list of stuff, so I ordered it from a supply company and had it sent directly there... although it could take up to 3 weeks for it to arrive, I was told. As long as it gets there, that's OK.

I hope I didn't blow it by saying where it's going... I want my 'Secret Santa' gifts to remain a secret. It's so much fun to give anonymously. I want Santa to remain a Secret so it's even more fun!
