since no one here is a vet and able to practice vet medicine, diagnose and prescribe medications. i think your best bet is to do some research on the web or call to other cities to get info from a vet. i do not think a public forums is the place for this info. many of the medications needed are also by prescription only.

I think the problem with some of the items is that you may needs medicine that it only available by prescription. Also, dosing for prescription medication is not supposed to be posted online. There might be a couple of things that a dog and cat vet could help you with if you explain that there's no other option and come prepared. There are also definitely some over the counter items that you can get for your kit.

>For wounds - You can clean the wound and use a tiny bit of antibiotic ointment on cuts and scratches as soon as they happen to prevent infection. Keep that gecko on paper towel substrate and change the paper towels daily. Also disinfect their cage furnishings. Without a vet in your area it will be very important to stop the infection before it starts since you won't have access to prescription antibiotics.

>For stuck shed/ foreign objects in the eyes - Keep a bottle of sterile saline solution in your kit in case you need to flush a geckos eyes out.

Things happen, geckos get sick, but most problems can be avoided with proper husbandry. Keep everything clean, well fed, and supplemented and you should be able to avoid most of these problems. And ALWAYS quarantine new geckos! In your case I would have at least a 60 day quarantine.
