Shed on head - soaking not working

So, our leo hasn't had any problems for the most part over the past 5 months that we've had her. She lost one toe from a bad shed that I tried to help her with over the course of 4-6 weeks prior to it finally being constricted from several sheds. Now, she had another rough shed and has had the shed stuck over her nose up to her left eye for about a week. I've been trying to help, once again, with soaks and q-tips. I'm worried that the shed being in the corner of her eye and over her nostrils is MUCH worse than the toe she lost. What can I do?? I've tried soaking her for several different amounts of time, in warm water and slightly cooler water. That's not helping. The shed isn't budging. PLEASE, we've never had this issue prior to her and if her toe is a sign for what's to come, her outcome won't be a good one.

If the only thing I can do is take her to the vet, her vet is about 3 hours away. It's the closest one that deals with reptiles, and he's not very good with them. I already called and the only advice they had was to bring her in so he could see her.

What are the tank specs? Temps, suppliments and the like. Do you have a humid hide?
You can rub the nose with a wet q-tip.

That shed looks loose enough that you could gentle pull it off.
Sometimes my geckos get similar shed stuck to their heads. If its on for more than two days then I help them. How long has it been stuck?
