sick leopard gecko

My gecko has stopped eating and now im feeding critical care. He'll sit there and eat the syringe food but won't hunt for bugs.
His most recent poop was kind of weird. Is it like that due to feeding critical care?

It's very likely the poop is due to the critical care since it's a puree. If you hold your gecko and push a bug at its mouth will it try to eat it? If you haven't tried that, try it soon because that's a lot closer to a "normal" diet.

I have tried to offer bugs. He just ignores them. He'll wiggle his tail but won't strike. I even tried pulling the head off a cricket and pupae to see if he would eat it. No luck

I just ordered reptaboost, but that won't arrive till this weekend. Hopefully that'll help him want to hunt.

Good luck with him. When you offer bugs do you put them in front of him or do you hold him and push the bug into his mouth. If you're not doing it that way, try that.
