Yeah doesn't matter on the sex, a 10 gal is the minimum for all adult leos.

yeah it shoudent matter although some people put their males in 20s or 15s so they can drop a few females in for breeding without having to move both.
but you are just wondering about a pet right?

Right now just pet all my females are not ready to bred for awhile,
and my female that is full grown was over bred so I have retired her.

Funny you mention that, I was actually going to type something in my first response about that haha, I'm sure a 10 gallon would be fine, personally if it was me though I would give him a bigger tank, like a 15 or 20 long.

Around here they have them in Petsmart and Petco, I don't know about by you though, could also check online, just make sure you get a regular 15 gallon and not a 15 high, the regulars are like 4-5 inches longer then a 10 gallon I believe.

haha really? The one by me sells them, they usually only ever have like one or two in stock though, that may be why. You can check glasscages.com, they usually have every size tank imaginable at a pretty decent price, of course you would have to pay to have it shipped, and I have never done business with them, so I can't really tell you if they are good or not.
