I have 3 crested geckos that were purchased at the same time and are all roughly the same age. (3-4 months old as of today) I bought them about two month ago when they were about 1 and a half months old. Two of them are doing well and have about doubled (maybe even tripled) in size. but one is still about the same size as when I got him/her. I know he/she is eating because it poops like crazy. What could be the problem? Is this one just growing at a different rate?

Do you have this smaller gecko caged with other geckos?
Or caged by itself?

I have some cresties that are taking FOREVER to put weight on it seems.

I've had them for two months now, and one has barely put on 2 grams. And I KNOW this little one is eating because for one it poops (and NONE of my geckos are housed together), I've seen it eating its CGD, AND the stinker is a bug nut!

Some are just slower growers, I think.

Do they all eat cgd or do you give bugs, too? I have a few that will not touch bugs at all. They are all my slow growers. My bug eaters have been growing a ton.

The other two have taken crickets a few times but not this one. I also have one more question. is 5 grams small for a 3-4 month old gecko?

No.
I have one that was born on 12/13/08 and it only weighs 5.3 grams.
And he takes bugs like a pro and is perfectly healthy. S/he is just small for now.
