Snow question

I am really new to all this and I have a question in regards to mack snows.
My friend had some geckos shipped in to him. Well the normal type females started laying eggs as soon as he got them. Two of the hatchlings were white with Black bands when they were first born. I was sure those were snows and told him I would take them. Well I went to his house five days later to pick them up and they were black and yellow now.. He said that they changed like that over the few days. Now I have them and seeing some white spots on there head. Are these Mack snows or not ?

Would be easier to tell if you could post a couple of pics. The person he bought the parents from can offer no answers about them?

ok, So here is a pic of the two snows in question. The only has a lot more white showing now than the other. Both were black and white as hatchlings. And neither of these look anything like my normals I have hatched this year. So what do you think there are..

They could be dirty snows, but without knowing the parents lineage its hard to say for certain.

They look like normals to me due to the lavender/yellow combo. On a snow I'd expect to see more black or gray/white. But I'm NO expert, so try to get a few more opinions and see what some of the others think.

Edit: going back and looking at the pics again, that bottom one could be a dirty snow. That top one just looks normal to me though.

going for white and black to black and yellow in 5 days only means one thing to me.

Premature hatchling and not snow.
